Notice
  • * Exhibitor stand locations will be randomly assigned by the organizers based on the type of stand applied for.
  • * If you apply for 2 or more basic stands, the stands will be connected and arranged in the form of a 'rectangle'.

  • - Type - A: Combined Stand possible.
  • - Type - B: Only 4ea Stand unit. (can not be combined Stands when you apply for less than 4ea Stand unit)

  • *Maximum exhibitors can not exceed the stand quantity you apply for.
  • - Type - A: 2~12 Exhibitors according to your Stand quantity.
  • - Type - B: 2~4 Co-Exhibitors according to your Stand quantity.
  • * Promotional materials, such as flyers, may contain limited information, and representative exhibitors' information will be presented.

Notice
  • Only for designated hotel available.

  • Additional nights and rooms beyond the support provided are at the exhibitor's expense.

Book Play Program

The Busan International Children’s Book Fair actively encourages and supports the Book Play Program, which is planned and operated for readers. Selected exhibitors will be provided on/offline promotional benefits.

º Application period: - 6 October, 2024
º Application details: Programs and events held by exhibitors during the BICBF 2024
º Benefits
- Promotion: On/offline promotion through BICBF SNS channels and promotional materials
- Accommodation: One room per one program (2 nights/double)
※ This applies only to programs held in BICBF lecture halls/workshop spaces.
※ Please refer to the application page for more details.
  • ※ Exhibitors can only apply for up to 2 events held in lecture halls and workshop spaces.
  • ※ Each exhibitor can apply for up to 10 bookmark programs (lecture/booktalk, signing events, workshops, etc.) in total.
  • ※ If there are many applications for the BICBF lecture halls and workshop spaces, the selection will be made according to the BICBF program schedule, and it may be challenging to secure a slot due to limited capacity.
  • ※ Transportation and honorarium are not covered.
